SUPERB stay!

I appreciated the wonderful service throughout my stay! the staff was attentive and helpful. i found the breakfast selection to be excellent. It had a wide variety of options. i also LOVED the hotel's location. It offered fine views and easy beach access! everything was just amazing.
the gym equipment could use an upgrade. it lacked some essential machines. i think adding more diverse equipment would improve the overall fitness experience.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. They provided prompt assistance and personalized service. i found the team helpful with reservations and requests. their professionalism added significantly to my visit.

good breakfaststained linenspoor staff
the breakfast at the restaurant peridot was quite good. mina, mark, roma, moumita and mariam greeted us each day.
i found the rooms had some issues, the state of cleanliness was questionable. there were stains on the bed linens, a clear sign cleaning was not thorough. a staff member at reception seemed uninterested and not very helpful when i requested a room change. there looked to be preferential treatment given to other guests.

a perfect stay
beautiful beachclear seakind staff
the hotel is beautiful and the beach sits between golden rock formations. i woke up every morning and swam in the clear sea. the staff at the breakfast restaurant was very kind (especially mina, mark, roma, moumita, and mariam!). i enjoyed the egg dishes.

the concierge lent me a case to protect my phone for underwater photos. the breakfast team greeted me every day. premium leisure club staff gave great service during tea and happy hour.
